World-renown game composer Hitoshi Sakimoto of Final Fantasy® XII (Square Enix®), and Valkyria Chronicles™ (SEGA®) fame, launched Basiscape in 2002. Sakimoto-san converted his Tokyo home into a state-of-the-art audio production facility housing a team of versatile composers and sound designers. Basiscape has produced soundscapes for Bleach: Heat the Soul (Sony®), Breath of Fire V: Dragon Quarter (Capcom®), Genso Suikoden Tierkreis® (Konami®), Soul Calibur® IV (Bandai Namco®), and many more.
